Our Jonas Paul Experience

Recently we had the joy of working with Jonas Paul Eye wear. If you have little ones in glasses you know what fun it can be picking out and trying on different frames. Being that Bristol has been in glasses since she was 4 months old, we have had a lot of trouble finding frames that fit well. After dealing with issues like driving an hour to try on frames then having to order online and bring them somewhere to get the prescription filled, the idea of trying on the frames in the comfort of our home sounded wonderful. Plus the frames looked adorable and I’m partial to all things with the name Jonas. Having a Jonas of my own. 🙂 Read on to read about our experience and check out https://jonaspauleyewear.com/ if  you’re interested in purchasing any eyewear for your little one.

First we ordered the kit online. You can choose black or tortoise for the home kit. The frames in the kit are really just so you can get an idea of the fit and  shape so later you can order whichever color you want of that frame.

Bristol was so excited to try on these frames. She wanted one of each pair, each in pink.

The kit comes with 7 different style frames,a postage paid shipping label to send the kit back and a ruler for Pupillary measurements.

Processed with VSCO with a5 presetThe quality of the glasses was by far the best we have tried in a while. The seven styles were just adorable and we had a difficult time deciding which frames were our favorites.

Picking out her favs

Bristol debating whether or not she would look good in them as a ballerina, with short hair or with many other expressions.

After much thought, we narrowed it down between the Lauren or the Paige. We decided on the Paige frames. I think they are perfect.

Bristol had a hard time sending them back but we got them back out and in the mail. The process of ordering was super easy. We ended up ordering 2 pairs since I loved the tortoise and Bristol insisted on the pink. We measured out her Pupillary distance using the ruler they sent and then emailed them her prescription with the measurement. It wasn’t too long before we got a response and her glasses were on the way.

Here are the finished pairs. ❤

Overall I would say I would definitely order again and recommend to friends. Costumer service was fast and friendly with any questions I had. The kit was so convenient and made the process simple and all the frames were great quality and adorable.

Thank you Jonas Paul Eyewear for simplifying shopping for eye glasses. ❤logo1-001

Top 5 Obsessions

For my joint monthly blog with my lovely friend Krys over at becomingkrys10.weebly.com we are doing a top 5 list of things we each are currently obsessed with or cannot live without. Here are my current obsessions and don’t forget to check her list out here.

1. Pop Socket

You may have seen these and wondered what they are. Basically it’s a small “socket” that sticks to the back of any phone, or case, which you can pull/pop out to give you a handle for your phone. They may seem strange or useless but I am constantly dropping my phone so this is a lifesaver (phonesaver 😉 ) for me. I feel like I have something to grip onto rather then trying to wrap my hand around my giant yet thin phone. It also works great for propping your phone up so you can watch something hands free and it can be used to wrap your head phones around so you don’t have them dangling or knotted. It flattens down so it isn’t always sticking out. Also the designs on it are really cute and there are many designs! I really love mine and have had many people ask about it. It’s totally worth the money.

They are about $9 online BUT if you don’t mind waiting a few weeks it is only $2 on WISH.
